Abstract

The fence has a number of posts (3) profiled with side walls (32), to which mats of wire mesh formed of welded crossed rods can be fitted. Each end of each mat can be fixed to two holder tongues (331,341) of each post. The posts have a support surface for at least one rod of each mat between each pair of tongues. The tongues are integral parts of the side walls of the profiles, and are bent out horizontally about a vertical end rod (V2) to be fitted to the side wall of the post. An Independent claim is included for a fence post.
