Montaz pedni odbywa sie w sposób nastepu¬ jacy. Przed zamocowaniem pokryw 18 i 19 i przysrubowaniem oslony 17 do kadluba 16 skrzynki osadza sie lozysko kulkowe 10, tuleje rozporowa 15 i zewnetrzny pierscien 13 lozyska walkowego ii na swoich miejscach w jednym z wytoczen oslony 17. Podobnie osadza sie ze¬ wnetrzny pierscien 6 drugiego lozyska walkowe¬ go Jf i tuleje rozporowa 8 w drugim wytoczeniu oslony 17. W tym przypadku czopy korbowe 20 i 22 skierowane sa w te sama strone, wskutek czego przynajmniej jedno z lo¬ zysk musi byc uksztaltowane w sposób zapew¬ niajacy wprowadzenie korbowodu. PLThe subject of the present invention is a drive device for comb boxes "Doffer". Known pedals of this type have a crankshaft, coupled via a connecting rod to the arm of the second shaft, so that during the rotation of the first shaft, the second shaft is made There are also pedestals in which the said shafts are mounted in ball or roller bearings, but their structure has so far been very complex and costly, and their assembly is also troublesome. only rolling bearings, which can be manufactured precisely and cheaply and can be easily assembled in a brushing machine. The essence of the invention is that all the bearings fit on one side of the driven shaft arm and that all the bearings of both shafts are seated deliberately in one common cover, made as one piece, which can be detached from the pedestal. The figure shows an example of the workmanship. lazku. Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of a pedestal according to the invention; Fig. 2 shows a cross section along line II-II in Fig. 1; in Fig. 3, a particular arrangement of the connecting rod is shown. Figures 4 and 5 show different embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, in which the plane in which the axes of both shafts lie in each case are not the plane of symmetry of the box, the embodiment shown in Figure 4 corresponds to the left one in Figure 5. and - the right position of the connecting rod. Finally, Fig. 6 shows the cover fixing the inner roller bearings. In Fig. 1, the driving shaft is marked, which is rotated from the outside by means of the pulley 2. The shaft 1 is mounted in two bearings: the outer ball S and an inner cylindrical bearing. The inner bearing ring 5 of the latter has guide flanges for the rollers, the outer ring 6 'does not have such flanges. The two bearings are held apart from each other by expansion sleeves 7 and 8. The driven shaft 9, which performs a swinging movement, is also mounted in two bearings - an external ball 10 and an internal roller 11. Also in this case the roller bearing has an inner ring 12 with flanges and an outer ring 13 without flanges. Bearings 10 and 11 are kept at the correct distance from each other by means of expansion sleeves 1U and 15. Both shafts 1 and 9 with their bearings are seated in one, made as one whole, housing 17 with grooves for each of the shafts and the covers 18 and 19 provided with closing them. The inner end of the shaft 1 has a crank with a pin 20, and the shaft 9 has a frame 21 in which a pin 22 is mounted. connecting rod 25 via cylindrical roller bearings 23 and 2U. The inner ring 26 of the bearing 23 has only one flange on the left side, while the inner ring 27 of the 2U bearing also has only one flange on its right side. The outer rings 28 and 29 of both bearings have rims on both sides. The pedals are assembled as follows. Before attaching the covers 18 and 19 and screwing the cover 17 to the casing 16 of the box, the ball bearing 10, the expansion sleeve 15 and the outer ring 13 of the cylindrical roller bearing ii are seated in their places in one of the recesses of the cover 17. Similarly, the outer ring 6 of the second bearing is seated. block Jf and expansion sleeves 8 in the second housing recess 17. A retaining clip 3U is screwed to the holder 17, which prevents the outer bearing rings 6 'and 13 from shifting. The connecting rod 25 with the outer rings embedded in it bearings 28 and 29 and roller units 23 and 2% are slid onto the '27 inner bearing ring previously mounted on the journal 22. The latter operation is made possible by the fact that the inner bearing ring 27 does not have a flange on this side. Then the shaft 9 with the slipped on the spacer sleeve 1U and the inner bearing ring 12 and the roller set 11 are pushed from the right side into the bearing 10, during this operation the roller set 11 is inserted into the outer bearing ring 13, which it is possible because the ring has no flanges. An elastic retaining ring 30 is placed in the groove of the shaft 9 and at this point the shaft 9 is secured in its correct position. Now it is possible to slide the shaft 1 into its place from the left side with the 20 'mounted on its spigot, the inner bearing ring 26, the inner bearing ring 5, the roller unit 4, the expansion sleeve 7 and the ball bearing 3. the rim on the right side of the inner bearing ring 26, so that it can be inserted between the bumps 23. The outer * bearing ring 6 also has no rim, so you can pass the crank of shaft 1 with pin 20 through it and then not insert it into its interior already mounted on this shaft a group of rollers -4. The connecting rod 25 is guided on one side by the left circumference of the bearing ring 26, and on the other hand along the right edge of the bearing ring 27, so that, once the shafts 1 and 9 are placed in their places, it is secured in its proper position. Finally, the covers 18 * and 19 are finally fixed and the cover 17 is screwed to its place on the body 16 of the box. Care should be taken that the crank pin 20 takes the position at which the pin 22 it would be the smallest distance from the vertical plane of symmetry of the box, so that the connecting rod 25 could be inserted into the interior of the fuselage 16 through a hole in its wall. After the comb box has been assembled in this way, the shaft 9 is coupled to the shaft 31 by means of a nut 32 screwed onto the shaft 9, the clamping ring 33 having an internal conical surface being clamped on the inner conical surface of the right hand, provided with longitudinal gaps. End of shaft 9. Since all the bearings fit on one side of the arm 21, the assembly of the pedals is straight; it is also facilitated by the fact that the shaft bearings are embedded in a cover that is removed from the body of the box. The diameter of the hull of the box can be slightly reduced by placing the shaft 1 slightly to the side of the symmetry plane of the shield 17. The layout of the whole assembly thus becomes asymmetrical, which implies that two variations are possible, namely the variation according to Fig. 4, in which the plane of symmetry of the box is on the left side of the shaft 1, and the variant according to Fig. 5, where the plane is on the right side of this shaft. While the angle between the planes connecting the axes of the shafts with the axis of the entire box or the angle of 360 ° is a multiple of the angle P between the planes connecting the centers of the holes of two adjacent bolts with the axis of the box, and the distance between the axes of both from the axis of the shafts are equal from the axis of the box, so that they can be interchanged, then both variants can be made of the same components for fixing the casing on the hull in different positions and fixing the other parts accordingly. In the left variant, according to Fig. 4, the connecting rod 25 with the pin 22 is located on the left side of the plane connecting the axes of both shafts, and in the right variant, according to Fig. 5, on the right side of this plane. It is not necessary for the shaft 9 to be in the plane of symmetry of the shell 16 as shown in the drawing. It can be shifted to the right or left by turning the bearing shield in one or two directions with respect to the hull, if, for example, it is necessary for said shaft 9 to be at a different height. the bore of this shaft in the housing 16 must be in an appropriately altered position. Of course, other embodiments covered by the protection of the invention are possible. Other types of bearings may be used. Thus, for example, bearings 23 and 2U may have inner rings with flanges on both sides, and the outer rings on each of them may have a rim on one side only. Also in the U and 11 bearings, the rims may be arranged in a manner different from that shown in the figure. The sequence of steps for folding the pedals may also differ from that described. Thus, for example, first shaft 1, then connecting rod 25 and finally shaft 9, may be mounted. The arm 21 may be positioned on shaft 9 such that crankshaft 25 is on its right side, instead of as shown in Fig. 1. , on the left. In this case, the crank pins 20 and 22 point in the same direction, whereby at least one of the bearings must be shaped such that the connecting rod is inserted. PL
