Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia..11.06.20001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilu- stracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig.2- fotel w wido- ku z boku, a fig.3- fotel w widoku z tylu. Fotel wedlug wzoru posiada niska, korytkowa podstawe, której krawedzie od fro- ntu oraz z tylu podstawy maja walcowe zaokraglenia i sa uformowane w ksztalt odwró- conej litery „U", przy czym frontowe krawedzie walcowe maja zakonczenia w posta- ci krótkich walców, natomiast bok podstawy ma zarys zblizony do trapezu. Na podstawie znajduje sie kolnierzowe oparcie o stozkowatej powierzchni we- wnetrznej, które w widoku z tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego, natomiast zarys boczny jest zblizony do zarysu scietej ukosnie beczki o wybrzuszonych scianach. Ramiona kolnierzowego oparcia stanowia podlokietniki, które od frontu maj azarys eliptyczny. Pomiedzy ramionami oparcia znajduje sie wysoka poducha siedzenia oraz poducha oparcia o zarysie zblizonym do trapezu równoramiennego. The essence of the design is a new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the back. The armchair, according to the design, has a low, trough-shaped base, the edges of which at the front and back of the base are cylindrically rounded and formed in the shape of an inverted "U," with the front cylindrical edges ending in short cylinders, while the sides of the base have an outline similar to a trapezoid. The base features a flanged backrest with a conical inner surface, which, from the rear, resembles an isosceles trapezoid, while the side profile resembles a diagonally cut barrel with bulging walls. The arms of the flanged backrest are formed by armrests, which have an elliptical shape from the front. Between the arms of the backrest is a high seat cushion and a backrest cushion with an outline similar to an isosceles trapezoid. PL PL PL
