Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest slupkowy element balustrady, stanowiacej zabezpieczenie schodów, antresoli, balkonu, tarasu itp. Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w nowej postaci przedmiotu, polegajacej na jego nowym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na fotografiach fig.1 - fig. 3, przedstawiajacych rózne warianty elementów slupkowych. Element slupkowy widniejacy na fotografii fig. 1 sklada sie z polaczonych z soba szeregowo i usytuowanych osiowo fragmentów. The subject of the ornamental design is a post element of a balustrade, constituting the protection of stairs, mezzanines, balconies, terraces, etc. The essence of the ornamental design manifests itself in the new form of the object, consisting in its new shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in photographs fig. 1 - fig. 3, which present various variants of post elements. The post element visible in photograph fig. 1 consists of serially connected and axially arranged fragments. It consists of a relatively long fragment in the shape of a prismatic column with rounded edges of the side walls and rounded edges and corners of the base located on the inner side, fragments in the form of cylinders of small heights, rounded edges and varied diameters, a significantly longer fragment in the form of a cylinder with longitudinal recesses on the side, fragments in the form of cylinders of small heights, rounded edges and varied diameters, a relatively long fragment in the form of a prismatic column with rounded edges and corners, fragments in the form of cylinders of small heights, rounded edges and decreasing diameters, a fragment in the form of a bowl, fragments in the form of truncated cones with increasing angles of inclination laterally and a ball topping the whole.
