Kratka wentylacyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 27.03.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna, w róznych jej odmianach. Istota wzoru kratki jest jej oryginalna postac, uklad linii, uksztaltowanie powierzchni oraz kolorystyka - rózne, w je j róznych kolejnych odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach od fig. 1 do fig. 4, które przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany kratki wentylacyjnej. Jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. 1 - kratka wentylacyjna w widoku z przodu stanowi kwadrat, którego dwa przeciwlegle, pionowe boki polaczone sa ze soba nieznacznie wypuklymi, sfalowanymi i równoleglymi wzgledem siebie liniami.Centralnie na srodku kratki widoczne jest koliste wglebienie wypelnione drobno kratkowanym materialem z umieszczonym na srodku niewielkim kolem. W lewym dolnym narozu kratki widoczny jest maly znak firmowy „DOSPEL", a obok niego okragly punk swietlny, np. w postaci diody swiecacej. Jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. 2 - kratka wentylacyjna w widoku z przodu stanowi kwadrat, którego dwa przeciwlegle, pionowe boki polaczone sa ze soba nieznacznie wypuklymi, sfalowanymi i równoleglymi wzgladem siebie liniami. Centralnie na srodku kratki widoczne jest kolisty otwór z umieszczonym na jego srodku kolem. W lewym dolnym narozu kratki widoczny jest maly znak firmowy „DOSPEL", a obok niego okragly punkt swietlny, np. w postaci diody swiecacej. Centrally in the middle of the grille, there is a circular opening with a circle in the middle. In the lower left corner of the grille, there is a small "DOSPEL" trademark, and next to it, a horizontally arranged oval light point, e.g. in the form of a light-emitting diode.
