Abstract

The invention relates to a mount housing especially for spotlights with a threaded bore (30) provided in the housing shell into which a fixation for a tube fitting is screwed. The inventive mount housing (10) is provided with a threaded bore (20) in the housing shell into which a tube adapter (21) with a male thread is screwed that is used to guide a cable and for the purpose of fixation. The inner shell of the housing has a female thread (23) at the one end and a smaller cross-section at the other end. A tube-shaped pressure screw (24) is screwed into said female thread and acts upon an elastic seal (25).
