Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Zamkniecie do butelek wedlug wzoru ma korpus wyposazony w gwintowana od wewnatrz czesc, o zewnetrznym ksztalcie w formie kulistego pierscienia, który od góry zaopatrzony jest w powierzchnie o ksztalcie stozkascietego z plaska, okragla powierzchnia a od wewnetrznej strony ma okragla opaske i równolegle do siebie zebra, przy czym na zewnetrznej okraglej powierzchni jest lejkowato uksztaltowana wylewka, która umieszczona jest osiowo w poblizu zewnetrznego pierscienia i ma stozkowo-cylindryczny otwór dla walcowego trzpienia znajdujacego sie od wewnetrznej strony przykrywki, która ma ksztalt pólkulistej czaszy i jest wyposazona w zawias o ksztalcie wcietego lukowo prostokata i z drugiej strony zewnetrznego obwodu pierscienia w lukowy zaczep umieszczony na obrzezu przykrywki. The bottle closure according to the model has a body equipped with a part threaded from the inside, with an external shape in the form of a spherical ring, which is provided on the top with a surface in the shape of a truncated cone with a flat, circular surface and on the inner side with a circular band and parallel ribs, wherein on the outer circular surface there is a funnel-shaped spout which is placed axially near the outer ring and has a conical-cylindrical opening for a cylindrical pin located on the inner side of the cover, which has the shape of a hemispherical bowl and is equipped with a hinge in the shape of an arc-shaped rectangle and on the other side of the outer circumference of the ring with an arc-shaped catch placed on the rim of the cover. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle closure in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle closure in a back view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle closure with an open lid in a half-view and half-section, Fig. 5 shows the closure with an open lid in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle closure in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a body 1 equipped with a part 2 threaded from the inside. Part 2 has an external shape in the form of a spherical ring 3, which on the top is provided with a surface 4 in the shape of a truncated cone with a flat round surface 5, and on the inner side has a circular band 13 and a rib 14 parallel to each other. On the outer circular surface 5 there is a funnel-shaped spout 6, which is placed axially near the outer ring 7 and has a conical-cylindrical opening 8 for a cylindrical pin 9 located on the inner side 10 of the cover H, which has the shape of a hemispherical bowl and is equipped with a hinge 12 in the shape of an arc-shaped rectangle and on the other side of the outer circumference of the ring 7 with an arc-shaped catch 15 placed on the rim of the cover H.
