1 i 2. Kantówka boczna 30 zapewnia polaczenie miedzy tkanina i boczna podstawa. Otrzymuje sie maksymalne drgania we wszystkich miejscach tkaniny. PL PLThe invention relates to a sifting device whose screen is subjected to the action of at least one vibrating device. Known sifting devices are usually constructed so that the entire base, or a major part thereof, participates in the vibrations, as a result of which the vibrations are damped or poorly distributed. According to the invention, only a minimum number of parts are subjected to the action of the vibration-inducing device or devices, the screens being properly stretched and the vibrations being perfectly distributed. According to the invention, the fabric support, reduced to a minimum, rests elastically and is actuated directly by the vibration-inducing device or devices. The screen fabric or fabrics can be shaken at their ends or at any other points intermediate their length or width; the arrangement of these shaking points depends only on the desired practical effect, namely on the type of material subjected to screening, the dimensions of the fabric or fabrics, etc. Two characteristic variants of the device according to the invention are shown in detail in the drawing. Fig. 1 schematically shows the principle of attaching the sieve for screening; Fig. 2 technical solution of the principle according to Fig. 1; Fig. 3 — longitudinal section and partial view of the sieving device; Fig. 4 — section along line IV-IV in Fig. 3; Fig. 5 — section along line V-V in Fig. 3; Fig. 6 — schematic illustration of the movable sieve support; Fig. 7 is a longitudinal section through the main parts of the screen, Fig. 8 is a section along line VIII-VIII in Fig. 7, and Fig. 9 is an enlarged section along line IX-IX in Fig. 7. According to Fig. 1, the screen A extends between the vibrating device B and the tensioning device C. The screen, hereinafter referred to for convenience as vibrating cloth A, may be of any kind and consist of any fabric, sheet metal, fibre, metal or other suitable material. The vibration device may be of any type, preferably consisting of device B, which produces adjustable vibrations. The tension device consists of a flexible device whose tension can be varied and adjusted, thus strengthening or weakening the vibrations of the fabric and retaining them so that the grains reach the edge of the outgoing fabric. The same principles apply regardless of the number of fabrics in the sifting device. With a larger number of fabrics, one or more vibration devices and one or more tensioners may be used, or one vibration device and one tension device may be used with several fabric supports between them. Fig. 2 shows the simplest solution to the principle shown in Fig. 1e; namely: the screening fabric A is stretched between the device B which induces vibrations and the tensioning device C. For this purpose, the device inducing vibrations has a series of arms 1 attached to a crossbar 2 mounted on one end of the sieve A. The opposite end of the sieve A has a crossbar 3, which is provided with adjusting screws 4 and spring devices 5 at its ends. Thanks to this, the sieve A is moved via the crossbar by the device B and by the elastic device C. By acting on the adjusting screws 4, the tension of the device C can be changed and thus the vibrations of the fabric A can be changed. Similarly, a change in this vibration state can be achieved by acting directly on the device B. Fig. 3-6 show an example of the device embodiment using the characteristic features shown in Figs. 1 and 2. In this embodiment, the vibration-inducing device consists of a shaft 6 terminated at one end with a disc 7 and at the other end with a disc 8 driven by any driving means. The shaft 6 passes through the tube 9 which is a support in the bearings 10 of the axis 6. Thanks to this, the vibrations caused by the axis 6 under the influence of the disc 7 are transferred to the tube 9. The latter rests on an elastic support formed by rubber rings 11. The latter serve as an intermediate support between the tube 9 and the base 12. The tube 9 has a number of cutouts 13 for attaching arms 14 to which the fabric A is attached at one end, a crossbar 2 suitably provided for this purpose. The opposite end of the fabric A is attached to the crossbar 3 provided at its ends with a U-shaped spring plate 15. The free shoulder of the plate rests on a threaded pin 16 which can be moved by means of a suitable rotation of the nut 17 or by another device. The fabric A is therefore permanently fixed between the arms 14 of the vibration-inducing device B and the strip 3 of the tensioning device C. The fabric A (Fig. 6) rests on a frame 18 supported by a number of elastic supports 19 connected to the base 12 of the device, the tension of which is adjustable. Thanks to this, the vibrations caused by the base 18 are canceled by the elastic support 19 before reaching the base 18. The screening device thus constructed operates as follows: the vibration-inducing device B imparts vibrations to the arms 14; the fabric is given a direct oscillating motion. The arrangement of the swinging frame 18 prevents the material being screened from escaping between the longitudinal edges of the screen and the corresponding partitions of the base 12, since the frames are angled bars with one side facing upwards, thus creating a partition preventing the material being screened from escaping laterally. This effect can be further enhanced by using known means, particularly partitions 20 arranged obliquely and overlapping the fabric. In accordance with one variant of the device according to the invention, the fabric is spread between two vibrating devices, with one or both devices acting as a tensioner; moreover, according to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the fabric is spread between a fixed crossbar 21 and a movable crossbar 22. The latter has small threaded rollers 23 passing through the fixed crossbar 24, and threaded bolts are attached to the right part of this crossbar by means of a nut 25. The half crossbar 22, small threaded rollers 23 and nuts 25 form a whole which allows for tensioning and regulating the tension of the fabric A in all places - 2 - of its width by screwing or unscrewing an appropriate number of nuts 25 on the small threaded rollers 23, and these nuts rest on the crossbars 24. The rods, e.g. angles 26, form the end of the support, and the wooden squares 27, 28 are supported on these angles. 29, on which the longitudinal edges of the fabric rest. The slat is shaped so that the fabric is slightly convex. This not only allows for proper tensioning of the fabric but also prevents local sagging under load. The lateral slat 30 provides a connection between the fabric and the lateral base. Also to avoid local sagging, the fabric is supported at intervals by small-diameter transverse tubes 31. This provides a lightweight base for the screening fabric while ensuring good functioning and operational reliability. According to the invention, the lightweight fabric base is supported elastically, for example, by rubber rings 11 surrounding part 32, which are attached to the slat 26, which forms part of the lightweight fabric base. The above rubber rings 11 rest directly on the support 33, which in turn is suspended or supported elastically. The elastic rings 11 are suitably arranged along the longitudinal edges of the fabric in such a number and size that they correspond to the dimensions of the fabric and the material to be screened. Finally, the light fabric support is driven directly by an oscillating device, e.g. by means of a transverse rail 34 connected to a shaft 35 on which an eccentric or similar device is mounted, driven by a motor 36 and a belt 37. The same shaft 35 rests evenly on the angles 26 in such a way that the entire light fabric support is set in oscillating motion. In this type of device, the vibrating device moves only the parts directly involved in the sieving process, or the fabric and its light base, which simultaneously forms a frame that limits the space in which the material being sieved is set in motion. Maximum vibration is obtained at all points on the fabric. It is understood that the device has all the accessories commonly used in this type of device, especially devices for securing the base, fabrics, dust protection, etc. The device described is equally suitable for sifting devices consisting of a larger number of sieves.
