Description

Omawiana cegla ksztaltówka posiada postac litery F i sklada sie z dwóch równoleglych o róznej dlugosci po¬ przeczek a i c, ukladanych wzdluz muru, i jednej poprzeczki &, ukladanej wpoprzek muru. PL PLThe construction of walls from concrete shaped stones and their reinforcement by vertical or horizontal iron inserts are well known. A special type of such shaped stone walls is one in which, through the proper arrangement of concrete bricks intended for this purpose, voids are created in the wall's cross-section, the purpose of which is to encapsulate them. The advantage of this construction method is the elimination of formwork and the saving of concrete, thus enabling rapid construction. A significant feature of these walls is the use of narrow shaped bricks, in the form of an expanded letter F, which, thanks to their lightness and strength, allow for considerable height while maintaining the building's relatively low weight. The drawing shows the bricks according to the invention and a section of the wall constructed from them. The discussed shaped brick has the shape of the letter F and consists of two parallel cross-pieces a and c of different lengths, laid along the wall, and one cross-piece &, laid across the wall. As can be seen from Fig. 1, individual shaped bricks are laid in such a way that the longer cross-pieces a create the outer boundary of the wall being built, so that each of the outer bricks, laid on the opposite side of the wall, is shifted by the length of the cross-piece c, i.e. by half the total length of the brick. The space inside the wall is divided by the cross-pieces b and c into equal, oval voids, which are left free or filled with sand, clay, concrete, etc., as needed. i.e. The external joints e are filled with cement mortar during bricklaying, while the internal joints f po^ are left open to facilitate air circulation. The upper layer is placed on the lower one, with the joints shifted in such a way that both the outer and inner shaped bricks are moved towards the crosspiece &, rotating them by 180° around the horizontal axis, the connected crosspiece 6 of the brick of the upper layer rests on the same crosspiece of the brick of the lower layer. Fig. 1 shows that each brick 4 rests on the bricks 7, 2, 31fl of the layer lying below!, which ensures a good connection with an even distribution of pressure. Parts of the wall that have to withstand a greater load can be reinforced by concreting a certain amount of void, or they can be converted into reinforced concrete columns with the help of iron inserts, which should be done with the help of This rule applies to wall corners and door and window rebates. If necessary, both external and internal voids can be filled with any suitable material, creating a hollow structure with partially filled walls. Shaped bricks should be made of gravel or cinder concrete, depending on the wall's load capacity and intended purpose. Cinder concrete should be used for internal walls in residential building construction to enable the driving of nails into the walls.
