Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których figura 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu, figura 2 - jego widok z boku, figura 3 - jego widok z tylu. Krzeslo wykonane z drewna posiadajace pare nóg przednich i pare nóg tylnych polaczonych laczynami górnymi, srodkowymi i dolnymi, tapicerowane siedzisko oraz oparcie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nogi przednie i tylne na calej dlugosci maja ksztalt o przekroju prostokata z jednym owalnym krótkim bokiem skierowanym na zewnatrz, przy czym nogi przednie i tylne od siedziska w dól sa polaczone podluznymi laczynami o przekroju prostokata, a nogi tylne od siedziska w góre sa wygiete do tylu i w górnej czesci polaczone pólkolista laczyna o tym samym ksztalcie, która ma ukosne male laczyny o przekroju prostokatnym. Utworzona w srodkuprzestrzen posiada oparcie pokryte wzorzysta poduszka. Siedzisko pokryte wzorzysta poduszka ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego trapezu, którego tylny bok jest prosty oraz równy z oparciem, a pozostale sa owalne i wysuniete poza szkielet siedziska krzesla. Krzeslo ma oryginalny ksztalt i estetyczny wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since March 21, 2002. The industrial design is a chair. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and upholstery finish. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Figure 1 shows the chair from the front, Figure 2 - its side view, and Figure 3 - its back view. This wooden chair features a pair of front legs and a pair of rear legs connected by upper, middle, and lower joints, an upholstered seat, and backrest. The front and rear legs are rectangular in cross-section along their entire length, with one short, oval side facing outward. The front and rear legs are connected from the seat down by longitudinal rectangular joints, while the rear legs are curved backward from the seat up and connected at the top by a semicircular joint of the same shape, which has diagonal, smaller rectangular joints. The central space includes a backrest covered with a patterned cushion. The seat, covered with a patterned cushion, is shaped like an inverted trapezoid, with the rear side straight and flush with the backrest, while the remaining sides are oval and extend beyond the chair's seat frame.
