Abstract
Process for preparation of an anticorrosion coating forming the base for a cooling shield in a boiler firebox where in the first phase the base has a purity level S 3 and a surface roughness Rz 35-100 micron and in the second phase Al powder of purity 99.5 and grain size 120 micron is sprayed on in argon, and in a third phase the Al top layer is heated at 450[deg]C over 5 hours to maximize diffusion of Al to the base.
