Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac tuby o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Tuba, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma korpus, którego ksztalt zblizony do tepo zakonczonego klina, przedzielonego na dwie polowy. W górnej czesci korpus ma zakonczenie ksztalcie owalu. Czolowa sciana korpusu ma wypukla powierzchnie o lukowych krawedziach, a styczna do czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany jest linia prosta. Dolna czesc korpusu zaopatrzona jest w zamkniecie, w którego czolowej scianie jest sferyczne wglebienie, którego podstawe stanowi uchylna nazawiasie klapka o obrysie owalu obrzezonego owalnym pierscieniem, stanowiaca z górna czescia zamkniecia nierozlaczna calosc. The essence of the design is a new form of a tube with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The tube, according to the industrial design, has a body whose shape resembles a blunt wedge, divided into two halves. The upper part of the body ends in an oval shape. The front wall of the body has a convex surface with arcuate edges, and the tangent to the front wall and rear wall is a straight line. The lower part of the body is equipped with a closure, the front wall of which has a spherical recess, the base of which is a hinged flap with an oval outline surrounded by an oval ring, constituting an inseparable whole with the upper part of the closure.
