Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy pokrycia dachowego z tworzywa sztucznego, złożonego z dachówek płaskich (1), ewentualnie z gąsiorów, które po ułożeniu na konstrukcji nośnej dachu nachodzą częściowo na siebie i są do niej mocowane za pomocą gwoździ. Dachówka płaska (1) składa się z prostokątnej części głównej (2), oraz z wystającej z jej krótszego boku trapezowej części montażowej (3). Część główna (2) ma na swej dolnej i wierzchniej stronie dolne i górne wybranie podłużne (4 i 5), oraz na stronie spodniej dolne wybranie poprzeczne (6), które wraz z częścią montażową (3) o mniejszej grubości tworzy obszary zakładkowe dla sąsiednich dachówek płaskich (1). Dachówki płaskie (1) i gąsiory zaopatrzone są w przelotowe otwory montażowe (10, 14)na gwoździe montażowe z tworzywa sztucznego, oraz na stronie wierzchniej i spodniej w układ podłużnych rowków górnych i dolnych (7, 8). Dachówki płaskie i gąsiory wykonane są z polipropylenu i polietylenu z dodatkiem modyfikatora.The invention relates to a plastic roof covering composed of flat roof tiles (1), or ridge tiles, which, after being placed on the supporting structure of the roof, partially overlap each other and are attached to it with nails. The main part (2) has on its lower and upper sides lower and upper longitudinal recesses (4 and 5), and on its lower side a lower transverse recess (6), which, together with the assembly part (3) of a smaller thickness, creates overlapping areas for adjacent flat roof tiles (1). Flat roof tiles (1) and ridge tiles are equipped with through mounting holes (10, 14) for plastic mounting nails, and on the top and bottom sides with a system of upper and lower longitudinal grooves (7, 8). Flat roof tiles and ridge tiles are made of polypropylene and polyethylene with the addition of a modifier.
