Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac ciastka, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i barwie. Wglebienia te nie przebijaja drugiej, wypuklej, powierzchni ciastka. Wglebienia i wystepy tworza chropowatosc wkleslej powierzchni ciastka. Na wypuklej powierzchni ciastka znajduja sie liczne niewielkie punktowe wglebienia nie przebijajace drugiej, wkleslej, powierzchni ciastka. Wglebienia i wystepy, na wkleslej powierzchni ciastka, tworza jej „pstrokata" kolorystyke w postaci niewielkich plamek w kolorze jasnobrazowym i ciemnobrazowym o nieregularnie uksztaltowanych obrzezach (fig. 5). Ciastko w odmianie drugiej jest w postaci cienkiego okraglego krazka nieznacznie wypuklego. Jedna, wklesla, powierzchnia ciastka uksztaltowana jest w postaci niezliczonych nieregularnie rozlozonych na tej powierzchni niewielkich wglebien o nieregularnych ksztaltach, i tym samym, powstalych wokól nich wystepów 0 nieregularnych obrzezach. Wglebienia te nie przebijaja drugiej, wypuklej, powierzchni ciastka. Wglebienia i wystepy tworza chropowatosc wkleslej powierzchni ciastka. Na wypuklej powierzchni ciastka znajduja sie liczne niewielkie punktowe wglebienia nie przebijajace drugiej, wkleslej, powierzchni ciastka. Wglebienia i wystepy, na wkleslej powierzchni ciastka, tworza jej „pstrokata" kolorystyke w postaci niewielkich plamek w kolorze jasnobrazowym 1 ciemnobrazowym o nieregularnie uksztaltowanych obrzezach (fig. 6). Essential features of the industrial design: The first variation of the cookie is in the form of a thin, slightly convex disc, with the rim of this disc formed by small, adjacent arcs. One concave surface of the cookie is shaped by countless irregularly distributed small, irregularly shaped depressions, and thus, protrusions with irregular edges, formed around them. These depressions do not penetrate the other, convex surface of the cookie. The depressions and protrusions create a roughness on the concave surface of the cookie. The convex surface of the cookie contains numerous small, dotted depressions that do not penetrate the other, concave surface of the cookie. The depressions and protrusions on the concave surface of the cookie create its "motley" coloring in the form of small light brown and dark brown spots with irregularly shaped edges (fig. 5). The second variety of cookie has the shape of a thin, round, slightly convex disc. One, concave, surface of the cookie is shaped in the form of countless irregularly distributed small depressions of irregular shapes, and thus, protrusions with irregular edges formed around them. These depressions do not penetrate the second, convex, surface of the cookie. The depressions and protrusions create a roughness on the concave surface of the cookie. On the convex surface of the cookie there are numerous small, point-like depressions that do not penetrate the second, concave, surface of the cookie. The depressions and protrusions on the concave surface of the cake create its "motley" coloring in the form of small light brown and dark brown spots with irregularly shaped edges (fig. 6).
