Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zawias, zwłaszcza dla drzwi, okien, z co najmniej dwuczęściowym elementem (10), przy czym pierwszą część stanowi element zawiasowy (2), zaś drugą element mocujący (11) oraz z umieszczonym, co najmniej w jednym elemencie (10) zawiasu układem mimośrodowym (20), poprzez uruchomienie którego część zawiasowa (2) jest przemieszczana względem części mocującej (11) w kierunku przemieszczania, a oś obrotu (s) układu mimośrodowego biegnie poprzecznie do kierunku przemieszczania.
