Abstract

Urządzenie rozluźniające masę włóknistą, zwłaszcza do mięsa, zwierające belkę, w której umieszczone są kolumny wyposażone wewnątrz w sprężyny ze zderzakami i uchwyt z zamocowanymi w nim nożykami, pomiędzy którymi umieszczone są wkładki dystansujące nożyki charakteryzuje, się tym, że posiada płaską belkę o przekroju poziomym owalnym z przelotowymi szczelinami i występami (8) na powierzchni czołowej (5), korzystnie o kształcie ściętych ostrosłupów lub stożków. Dodatkowo na powierzchni bocznej uchwytu, o przekroju poziomym owalnym, umieszczone są poziome występy i/lub wybrania.
