Taca wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepuja- ce cechy istotne: sciana boczna tacy ma w widoku z góry zarysprzewezonego posrodku owalu, przy czym w jednym wklesnieciu sciany bocznej usytuowany jest dwusegmentowy wypukly wystep, którego kazdy segment ma, w widoku z boku, zarys prostokata z jednym lukowatym dluzszym bokiem, zas w drugim wklesnieciu sciany bocznej polozony jest wyzszy i szerszy, wypukly wy- step, który w widoku z boku ma zarys prostokata z jednym lu- kowatym dluzszym bokiem. Na wewnetrznej powierzchni wypuklej sciany bocznej wyzszego wystepu znajduje sie piec uwypuklen. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the tray, which enables multiple trays to be stacked on top of each other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the trays in perspective views from above, from the front, and from the side, fig. 2 - the trays in a front view, fig. 3 - the trays in a back view, fig. 4 - the trays in a side view, fig. 5 - the trays in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the trays in a top view, and fig. 7 - the trays in a bottom view. The tray, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in a top view, the side wall of the tray has the outline of an oval narrowed in the middle, wherein one concavity of the side wall has a two-segment convex projection, each segment of which has, in a side view, the outline of a rectangle with one arcuate longer side, while in the other concavity of the side wall is a higher and wider convex projection, which in a side view has the outline of a rectangle with one arcuate longer side. There are five protrusions on the inner surface of the convex side wall of the higher projection. The bottom of the tray is raised downward, and the upper edge of the side wall of the tray is rounded, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7. Dart Industries Inc.
