Abstract

Stal do pracy na zimno posiada następujący skład chemiczny w % wagowych: 1.25-1.75 (C+N), jednak przynajmniej 0.5 C; 0.1-1.5 Si, 0.1-1.5% Mn, 4.0-5.5 Cr, 2.5-4.5% (Mo+W/2), jednak maksymalnie 0.5% W; 3.0-4.5% (V+Nb/2), jednak maksymalnie 0.5% Nb; maksymalnie 0.3% S i dopełnienie w postaci żelaza i nieuniknionych zanieczyszczeń oraz mikrostrukturę, która po hartowaniu i odpuszczaniu stali zawiera 6-13% objętościowych węglików, azotków i/lub węglikoazotków MX bogatych w wanad, które równomiernie rozproszone są w matrycy stali, gdzie X oznacza węgiel i/lub azot, przy czym przynajmniej 90% wspomnianych węglików, azotków i/lub węglikoazotków ma średnicę równoważną D<sub>eq</sub> mniejszą niż 3.0 <$Emu>m i łącznie maksymalnie 1% objętościowy innych możliwie występujących węglików azotków lub węglikoazotków.
