Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stop stali nierdzewnej, zwłaszcza dwufazowy stop stali nierdzewnej o osnowie ferrytyczno-austenitycznej i wysokiej odporności na korozję, w połączeniu z dobrą stabilnością strukturalną i podatnością przy przeróbce na gorąco, szczególnie dwufazowy stop stali nierdzewnej o zawartości ferrytu 40-65% i odpowiednio dobranym składzie, który nadaje materiałowi właściwości korozyjnych, dzięki czemu nadaje się on bardziej do zastosowania w środowisku chlorkowym niż wcześniej wydawało się to możliwe. Całkowita liczba PRE lub PREW przekracza 44, przy czym liczba PRE wynosi co najmniej pomiędzy 46 a 50, zarówno w fazie austenitu jak i w fazie ferrytu, gdzie PRE = % Cr + 3,3% Mo + 16 N i PREW = % Cr + 3,3 (% Mo + 0,5% W) + 16 N, gdzie % dotyczy %-ciężaru, a stosunek pomiędzy wartością PRE(W) dla fazy austenitu i wartością PRE(W) dla fazy ferrytu wynosi pomiędzy 0,90 a 1,15. Cele te są spełnione według wynalazku przez dwufazowe stopy stali nierdzewnych, które zawierają (w %-ciężaru) do 0,03% C, do 0,5% Si, 24,0-30,0% Cr, 4,9-10,0% Ni, 3,0-5,0% Mo, 0,28-0,5% N, 0-3,0% Mn, 0-0,0030% B, do 0,010%, 0-0,03% Al, 0-0,010% Ca, 0-3,0% W, 0-2,0% Cu, 0-3,5% Co, 0-0,3% Ru, Fe wyrównawcze i nieuniknione zanieczyszczenia.
