Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób poprawy wydajności prądowej w elektrolizie. Zgodnie ze sposobem, najpierw szacowane jest teoretyczne napięcie w ogniwie, które jest porównywane z napięciem mierzonym. Skumulowana różnica między teoretyczną i mierzoną wartością napięcia w ogniwie jest stale monitorowana i ponieważ różnica ta jest wprost proporcjonalna do wydajności prądowej, w sposób ciągły mogą być uzyskiwane informacje dotyczące stanu procesu. Spadek wydajności prądowej jest prostym wskaźnikiem następującego między elektrodami zwarcia, i dzięki sposobowi według wynalazku, jest możliwym skoncentrowanie wysiłków nad usuwaniem zwarcia w odpowiednich ogniwach, z punku widzenia wydajności prądowej w czasie elektrolizy.
