Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy czujnika ciśnieniowego z elementem czujnikowym (2), który posiada płaską przeponę (4), która na swojej krawędzi przechodzi w pierścień (6) w postaci wydrążonego cylindra, dzięki czemu na dolnej powierzchni (10) przepony (4) powstaje środkowe wybranie (20). Na górnej powierzchni (8) przepony (4) umieszczony jest układ oporowy, składający się z elektrycznych oporników. Tuleja (54) wchodzi w wybranie (20) i podtrzymuje pierwszy elastomerowy pierścień uszczelniający (66), który jest umieszczony uszczelniająco na powierzchni obwodowej wybrania (20). Ponadto tuleja (54) podtrzymuje drugi elastomerowy pierścień uszczelniający (68), który służy do uszczelnienia doprowadzenia dla cieczy ciśnieniowej, które jest utworzone w elemencie konstrukcyjnym, na którym montowany jest czujnik ciśnieniowy. Tuleja (54) jest sztywno połączona z tarczą (56), która jest zamocowana swoją zewnętrzną krawędzią (58) na obudowie (26), otaczającej element czujnikowy (2). Siły mechaniczne, występujące na elemencie konstrukcyjnym podczas i po montażu czujnika ciśnieniowego, są wprowadzane poprzez tuleję (54) i tarczę (56) do obudowy (26), dzięki czemu element czujnikowy (2) jest uwolniony od naprężeń mechanicznych, które mogłyby spowodować niepożądane odkształcenie przepony (4), a tym samym zafałszowanie sygnału pomiarowego.
