Abstract

Nawóz charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera azot w ilości 2-6% w przeliczeniu na N w postaci mocznikowanego superfosfatu i/lub siarczanu amonowego ewentualnie uzupełnianych gazowym NH3, fosfor w ilości 4-6% w przeliczeniu na P2O5 w postaci superfosfatu prostego i/lub mocznikowanego, potas w ilości 15-20% w przeliczeniu na K2O w postaci chlorku potasowego, magnez w ilości 9-16% w przeliczeniu na MgO w postaci magnezytu i/lub częściowo rozłożonego kwasem siarkowym magnezytu i/lub częściowo rozłożonego kwasem siarkowym dolomitu i/lub w postaci kizerytu, przy czym stosunek N : P2O5 : K2O : MgO wynosi 1 : 1-2 : 2,5-10 : 1,5-8. Sposób polega na tym, że miesza się surowce w takich ilościach, aby zawartość składników nawozowych zawierała się w proporcji N : P2O5 : K2O : MgO = 1 : 1-2 : 2,5-10 : 1,5-8, homogenizuje się mieszaninę surowców, którą następnie kieruje się do granulatora, do którego wprowadza się podziarno i rozdrobnione nadziarno i granuluje się w obecności pary wodnej o temperaturze 100 - 120°C z ewentualnym dodatkiem wody w ilości 5-8% oraz ewentualnie dozuje się do granulowanego materiału amoniak w postaci gazowej w ilości dostosowanej do neutralizacji wolnych kwasów w mieszaninie. Otrzymane granule kieruje się do suszarki, do której podaje się gorące spaliny, następnie gorące granule przesyła się do wibracyjnego przesiewacza do wyodrębnienia frakcji ziarna 2-5 mm, po czym wyodrębnioną frakcję granul produktu chłodzi się i pakuje lub składuje.The fertilizer is characterized by the fact that it contains nitrogen in the amount of 2-6% calculated as N in the form of urea superphosphate and/or ammonium sulphate, optionally supplemented with gaseous NH3, phosphorus in the amount of 4-6% calculated as P2O5 in the form of simple superphosphate and/or urea, potassium in the amount of 15-20% calculated as K2O in the form of potassium chloride, magnesium in the amount of 9-16% calculated as MgO in the form of magnesite and/or magnesite partially decomposed with sulfuric acid and/or dolomite partially decomposed with sulfuric acid and/ or in the form of kieserite, the ratio of N : P2O5 : K2O : MgO being 1 : 1-2 : 2.5-10 : 1.5-8. The method consists in mixing raw materials in such quantities that the content of fertilizing components is contained in the proportion of N : P2O5 : K2O : MgO = 1 : 1-2 : 2.5-10 : 1.5-8, the mixture is homogenized raw materials, which is then directed to the granulator, where subgrain and crushed overgrain are introduced and granulated in the presence of steam at a temperature of 100 - 120°C with the possible addition of water in the amount of 5-8%, and ammonia in gaseous form in an amount adapted to neutralize free acids in the mixture. The obtained granules are directed to a dryer to which hot exhaust gases are fed, then the hot granules are sent to a vibrating screen to separate the 2-5 mm grain fraction, and then the separated fraction of product granules is cooled and packed or stored.
