Abstract

Sposób polega na tym, że w podłożu planszy (1), na którym jest naniesiony obraz lub tekst, wykonuje się wąskie wycięcia poziome (5) i wycięcia pionowe (6) oddzielające od siebie segmenty (4), pozostawiając zarówno w wycięciach poziomych (5) i wycięciach pionowych (6) co najmniej jeden łącznik łączący ze sobą sąsiednie segmenty (4), zaś po wykonaniu wycięć poziomych (5) i pionowych (6) planszę (1) pokrywa się z obu stron warstwami z elastycznego, przezroczystego materiału i warstwy te łączy się ze sobą przy czym wycięcia poziome (5) i wycięcia pionowe (6) wykonuje się za pomocą narzędzia złożonego z modułów tnących (9), z których każdy jest zaopatrzony w dwa, połączone ze sobą noże tnące (10, 11) oraz w dwa, przylegające do powierzchni czołowych noży tnących (10, 11), noże przycinające (12,13).
