Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania oszklenia wyposażonego w wielowarstewkową powłokę osadzoną drogą rozpylania katodowego, oszklenie wyposażone w powłokę wielowarstewkową i wygięte albo zahartowane oszklenie wyposażone w powłokę wielowarstewkową. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem osadza się co najmniej jedną pierwszą przezroczystą warstewkę dielektryczną, a następnie warstewkę funkcyjną opartą na materiale, który odbija promieniowanie podczerwone. Z kolei osadza się pierwszą warstewkę ochronną za pomocą materiału o grubości co najwyżej 3 nm, który ma różnicę elektroujemności względem tlenu mniejszą niż 1,9, a następnie drugą warstewkę ochronną za pomocą materiału o grubości co najwyżej 7 nm, który ma różnicę elektroujemności względem tlenu większą niż 1,4. Z kolei osadza się co najmniej jedną drugą przezroczystą warstewkę dielektryczną. Wynalazek jest szczególnie korzystny przy wytwarzaniu oszkleń o niskiej emisyjności albo oszkleń do ochrony przeciwsłonecznej, które wygina się albo hartuje po osadzeniu powłoki.
