Abstract

Automatyczny aplikator do płynnych preparatów farmaceutycznych, zwłaszcza do insuliny, do wielokrotnego iniekcyjnego podawania ustalanych dawek leku z wymiennego pojemnika, zawierający obudowę korpusu (1), połączoną z osłoną wymiennego pojemnika z lekiem, zwłaszcza insuliną wypychaną tłoczkiem (6) połączonym z tłoczyskiem i przemieszczanym liniowo za pomocą blokowanego zespołu napędowo-prowadzącego napędzanego poprzez zespół podwójnego sprzęgła sprężyną napinającą (17) umieszczoną w obudowie korpusu (1), napinaną pokrętłem (5) ustalania dawki również za pomocą zespołu podwójnego sprzęgła, przy czym zespół napędowo- prowadzący uruchamiany jest zespołem spustowym (4), a na obsadzie (13) sprężyny napinającej (17) znajduje się ruchomy cylinder wskaźnikowy (14), według przedmiotowego wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół podwójnego sprzęgła stanowi tarcza sprzęgowa (9) sprzężona poosiowo z korpusem tarczy zapadkowej (8) i sprzężona z zapadkami, których zaczepy zazębione są rozłącznie z wieńcem zębatym napędowej nakrętki (7).Automatic applicator for liquid pharmaceutical preparations, especially for insulin, for multiple injection administration of set doses of a drug from an interchangeable container, comprising a body housing (1) connected to a cover of an interchangeable container with a drug, especially insulin, pushed out by a piston (6) connected to a piston rod and moved linearly by means of a lockable drive and guide assembly driven by a tension spring (17) placed in the body housing (1), tensioned by a dose setting knob (5) also by means of a double clutch assembly, wherein the drive and guide assembly is activated by a trigger assembly (4), and a movable indicator cylinder (14) is located on the holder (13) of the tension spring (17), according to the present invention, characterized in that the double clutch assembly is a clutch disc (9) coupled axially to the body of the ratchet disc (8) and coupled to the pawls, the catches of which are engaged detachably from the toothed ring of the driving nut (7).
