Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy materiału katalitycznego na bazie węglika krzemu, złożonego z porowatego obiektu o danym kształcie, zawierającego pierwszy agregat z wielu cząstek węglika krzemu, będący podstawą nośną, utworzony poprzez spojenie cząstek ze sobą z zachowaniem wielu mikroporów; oraz osadzonego na nim katalizatora, który zawiera metal alkaliczny i/lub metal ziem alkalicznych. Materiał katalityczny charakteryzuje się tym, że katalizator został osadzony przez powlekanie krystaliczną cienką warstwą zawierającą tlenek, utworzoną na co najmniej części powierzchni cząstek węglika krzemu stanowiących pierwszy agregat. W takim materiale katalitycznym, katalizator, którym jest na przykład katalizator okludujący NO<sub>x</sub>, może zachowywać swą aktywność przed długi czas.
