Abstract

Zaproponowano element zmienny optycznie, który co najmniej w częściowych powierzchniach ma osadzoną pomiędzy dwiema warstwami, tworzącą czynną optycznie strukturę powierzchnię graniczną, przy czym ta powierzchnia graniczna wywołuje u obserwatora wrażenie trójwymiarowej swobodnie formowanej powierzchni. Dla podkreślenia tej swobodnie formowanej powierzchni zaproponowano według wynalazku utworzenie jej z soczewkowego, wytwarzającego efekt powiększenia, zmniejszenia lub zniekształcenia, częściowego obszaru powierzchni granicznej. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie tego rodzaju zmiennych optycznie elementów jako elementów zabezpieczających przed fałszowaniem dokumenty wartościowe lub przeznaczone do zabezpieczania przedmioty, zwłaszcza w postaci części dekoracyjnego układu warstw folii transferowej lub folii do laminowania.
