Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania wodnych dyspersji polimerycznych nanocząstek o budowie "rdzeń-otoczka", w których rdzeń stanowi żywica silikonowa o temperaturze zeszklenia poniżej -50°C, otrzymana w wyniku polimeryzacji emulsyjnej mieszaniny metylotrimetoksysilanu, 3-metakryloksypropylotrimetoksysilanu i oktametylocyklotetrasiloksanu w obecności kwasu dodecylobenzenosulfonowego, a otoczkę polimetakrylan metylu lub kopolimer metakrylanu metylu z metakrylanem glicydylu, otrzymany przez polimeryzację emulsyjną metakrylanu metylu, ewentualnie w mieszaninie z metakrylanem glicydylu, w środowisku wodnej emulsji żywicy silikonowej o pH poniżej 7, zawierającej inicjator wolnorodnikowy. Według wynalazku zastosowano dodatkowo emulgator w celu wytworzenia emulsji monomerów ulegających polimeryzacji. Otrzymuje się dyspersję nanocząstek o nieznacznej zawartości koagulatu. Proszek otrzymany po wysuszeniu dyspersji nanocząstek stosuje się jako modyfikator, zwłaszcza farb proszkowych.
