Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z uchwytem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki z uchwytem, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke z uchwytem w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama butelke w widoku z jednego z boków.fig. 3 - te sama butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - te sama butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - te sama butelke w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - te sama butelke w widoku z dolu. Przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6, butelka z uchwytem jest korzystnie wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. W widoku z boku butelka z uchwytem ma obrys gruszkowaty, przy czym z przodu u dolu jest zaopatrzona w trójkatne wyciecie, natomiast z tylu u góry - w wyciecie w ksztalcie kropli wody, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie owalny otwór, tworzacy uchwyt. W górnej czesci butelka jest w srodku zaopatrzona w stozkowy kolnierz, zaopatrzony w gwintowana szyjke z okraglym otworem. W widoku z góry i dolu butelka ma obrys prostokata z wypuklymi na zewnatrz bokami i dwoma scietymi narozami, które w widoku z przodu 0 zwezajac sie dochodza do okolo jednej trzeciej - polowy wysokosci butelki. W widoku z przodu i z tylu butelka z uchwytem ma obrys wydluzonego trapezu, przy czym z tylu jest zaopatrzona w dwa ukosne wyciecia, polaczone ze soba owalnym otworem, tworzacym po srodku uchwyt na dlon. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle with a handle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bottle with a handle, Fig. 2 shows the same bottle from one of the sides, Fig. 3 shows the same bottle from the back, Fig. 4 shows the same bottle from the front, Fig. 5 shows the same bottle from above, and Fig. 6 shows the same bottle from below. The bottle with a handle shown in Figs. 1 to 6 is preferably made of plastic. From the side, the bottle with a handle has a pear-shaped outline, with a triangular cutout at the bottom of the front and a drop-shaped cutout at the top, inside which is an oval opening, forming a handle. The upper part of the bottle has a conical collar in the center, which has a threaded neck with a circular opening. From the top and bottom, the bottle has a rectangular outline with outwardly convex sides and two truncated corners, which in the front view taper to approximately one-third to one-half of the bottle's height. From the front and back, the bottle with a handle has an elongated trapezoidal outline, with the back having two diagonal cutouts connected by an oval opening, forming a central handle.
