Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dozownika aero- zolowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia dozownik aerozolowy w widoku perspektywicznym boczno-czolowym, fig. 2 - dozownik aero- zolowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - dozownik aerozolowy w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - dozownik aerozolowy w widoku bocznym, fig. 5 - dozow- nik aerozolowy w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przedstawia dozownik aerozo- lowy w widoku od dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze do- zownik aerozolowy ma postac bryly, zblizonej ksztaltem do pólczaszy z plaska podstawa podobna do zarysu jajowatego, majacej sciecie w cze- sci górnej, równiez o zarysie jajowatym, usytuowane w plaszczyznie zo- rientowanej lekko skosnie wzgledem plaskiej podstawy, na którym, blizejostrego jego konca jego zarysu, znajduje sie pierscieniowy kolnierz, na- tomiast na przedniej powierzchni, mniej wiecej posrodku jej wysokosci, mierzonej miedzy wyzej usytuowanym koncem wymienionego sciecia a podstawa, znajduje sie sierpowaty wystep przedzielony posrodku pól- pierscieniowa opaska, usytuowana w plaszczyznie pionowej.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 PL PL PLAerosol Dispenser The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from: March 15, 2002. Priority: September 17, 2001 (USA) The subject of the industrial design is an aerosol dispenser. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an aerosol dispenser, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the aerosol dispenser in a side-front perspective view, Fig. 2 - the aerosol dispenser in a front view, Fig. 3 - the aerosol dispenser in a back view, Fig. 4 - the aerosol dispenser in a side view, Fig. 5 - the aerosol dispenser in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the aerosol dispenser in a bottom view. The essential features of the industrial design are that the aerosol dispenser has the form of a solid, similar in shape to a half-bowl with a flat base similar to an egg-shaped outline, having a cut in the upper part, also of an egg-shaped outline, situated in a plane oriented slightly obliquely in relation to the flat base, on which, closer to the sharp end of its outline, there is an annular collar, while on the front surface, approximately in the middle of its height, measured between the higher end of the said cut and the base, there is a crescent-shaped protrusion divided in the middle by a half-ring band, situated in a vertical plane.
