Abstract
Ujawniono sposób prowadzenia procesu odparowania ditlenku węgla w procesie ciśnieniowej fumigacji materiałów, zwłaszcza pochodzenia organicznego, który odbywa się w autoklawach ciśnieniowych, zasilanych ze zbiornika ciekłego CO2. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że strumień ciekłego ditlenku węgla, o temperaturze równowagowej i ciśnieniu w zakresie 2,0 ÷ 3,0 MPa, przepuszcza się rurą z wydajnością 100 - 1000 kg/m2s CO2 i kontaktuje się ze strumieniem czynnika grzejnego poprzez strumień z czynnikiem pośredniczącym o temperaturze na poziomie 32 - 48°C i ciśnieniu 0,11 - 0,4 MPa, który przepływa korzystnie w przeciwprądzie. Stosunek strumienia ditlenku węgla do strumienia czynnika grzejnego wynosi 0,3 - 0,5 kg CO2/kg H2O, z tym że liczba Reynoldsa w strumieniu CO2 kształtuje się powyżej 4 000 celem zapewnienia przepływu burzliwego w rurach wymiennika.A method of carrying out the process of evaporating carbon dioxide in the process of pressure fumigation of materials, especially of organic origin, is disclosed, which takes place in pressure autoclaves powered by a liquid CO2 tank. The method is characterized by the fact that a stream of liquid carbon dioxide with an equilibrium temperature and pressure in the range of 2.0 ÷ 3.0 MPa is passed through a pipe with a capacity of 100 - 1000 kg/m2s CO2 and contacted with the stream of the heating medium through the stream with the medium. intermediate with a temperature of 32 - 48°C and a pressure of 0.11 - 0.4 MPa, which preferably flows in countercurrent.
