The transverse planes (6, 7) of the matrix, which crosswise connect the end walls (1) of the building element, form a broken line with refraction angles smaller than a right angle, while the internal, longitudinal walls (2) of the matrix are profiled along a broken line in a wavy shape, and their connectors (6, 7) are placed at the widest points of the insulators (3, 4, 5).
