Zeberka podluzne i poprzeczne sa zbrojone pretami stalowymi i wypelnione beto¬ nem, który pokrywa równiez i pustaki war¬ stwa grubosci 1,5 cm. Pustaki wraz z ta war¬ stwa betonu pracuja razem statycznie, dajac w wyniku znaczne oszczednosci materialowe. Patent valid from November 12, 1954. Ceramic blocks were treated until then only as filling in reinforced concrete structures and did not perform any static work, what is more, they were covered with a reinforced concrete or concrete slab of at least 4 cm thick. The method of using ceramic blocks so far by forming, reinforcing and filling with concrete during the construction of appropriate structures using formwork was typical of non-industrialized construction methods and did not present any features of industrialized construction, where the principle is to produce appropriately large elements in factories and assemble them on the construction site. These disadvantages and inconveniences eliminates the need for a large reinforced concrete-ceramic slab ceiling according to the invention. The elements of this ceiling are made in the form of large slabs weighing at least 1 ton, therefore the use of cranes with appropriate load-bearing capacity is required on the construction site. The slabs are made using ceramic blocks. *) The patent owner declared that the inventor of the invention, Jert Antoni Tarczewak, is a qualified engineer. The longitudinal and transverse ribs are reinforced with steel bars and filled with concrete, which also covers the blocks with a 1.5 cm thick layer. The blocks and this concrete layer work together statically, resulting in significant material savings. The slabs are vibrated during production. The attic ceiling slabs are treated as freely supported, while The floor slabs between the floors are partially restrained. Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the floor slabs resting on the walls, Fig. 2 — a horizontal section through the floor slabs, Fig. 3 — a cross-section through the joint of the floor slabs, Fig. 4 — a cross-section through a segment of the slab ring containing transport handles, Fig. 5 — a longitudinal section through the floor made of reinforced concrete ceramic slabs, Fig. 6 — an axonometric view of a prefabricated reinforced concrete rib for heavy partitions. Each floor slab 1 has ceramic blocks 6 between the longitudinal ribs. The transverse bracing is made of ribs 7, while the transverse ribs 8 and 9 at the end The panels are prefabricated elements of the ring frame. The wider rib 8 rests on the external wall 2, while the narrower rib 9 rests on the internal wall 3. To facilitate transport, the panel has handles 4. The joint between the panels 10 has a concrete wedge cutout, which prevents the formation of keying. Lightweight partitions are placed directly on the large-panel elements, while heavy partitions 12 on prefabricated reinforced concrete ribs 11, which, standing 2 cm above the floor slabs 1, work statically independently. All vertical pipes are driven through the ceramic blocks. After the walls of a given floor are completed, their tops are leveled with cement mortar. Then, the floor slabs are laid. 1 on fresh cement mortar. The next step is to bend and weld the transport brackets 4 to position 5, after which this area is covered with cement mortar. In this phase of work, prefabricated ribs 11 are laid under the heavy partitions. Now the walls of the storey above are erected, after which the floor slabs are placed on them in a similar manner. After completing these steps, return to the floor slabs of the storey below and fill the gaps between the wedge-shaped slabs 10 with cement mortar. It is therefore visible that the elements of the large reinforced concrete-ceramic floor are manufactured in molds and then assembled on site, completely eliminating formwork and shoring, which allows for significant savings in wood and also in Labor intensity. By reducing the thickness of the concrete slab above the hollow bricks by 65% compared to the current state, cement, aggregates, and steel are saved, making the ceiling lighter. The industrial method of producing large-panel ceiling elements based on a conveyor belt system implemented in prefabrication plants and the mechanization of the ceiling assembly on site provides a further 50% savings in labor intensity compared to the time required previously.
