Abstract
Sposób polega na klejowym łączeniu warstw wyrobu, zawierającego górną przejrzystą warstwę ochronną (1), która pokrywa druk (4) motywu, warstwę pośrednią (2) oraz dolną tekstylną warstwę podkładową (3). W jednym z rozwiązań, istotą wynalazku jest to, że druk (4) motywu nanosi się na warstwę ochronną (1), wykonaną z cienkiej folii polimerowej o grubości 10 do 30 µm. Folia wybrana jest spośród: folii polipropylenowej (PP), folii polietylenowej niskiej gęstości (PE) lub folii poliestrowej (PET). Druk (4) wykonuje się jako wypukły, techniką fleksograficzną według rewersyjnego widoku motywu. Następnie przy użyciu kleju poliuretanowego (5) laminuje się warstwę ochronną (1), skierowaną do wewnątrz powierzchnią zadrukowaną, z warstwą pośrednią (2), wykonaną z nieprzejrzystej folii plastyfikowanego poli(chlorku winylu) (PVC) i na koniec przy pomocy kleju/plastizolu PVC (6) łączy się warstwę pośrednią (2) z tekstylną warstwą podkładową (3).The method consists in gluing the layers of the product, including the upper transparent protective layer (1), which covers the print (4) of the motif, the intermediate layer (2) and the lower textile backing layer (3). In one of the solutions, the essence of the invention is that the print (4) of the motif is applied to the protective layer (1), made of a thin polymer film with a thickness of 10 to 30 µm. The film is selected from: polypropylene (PP), low-density polyethylene (PE) or polyester (PET) film. The print (4) is made in relief, using the flexographic technique according to the reverse view of the motif. Then, using a polyurethane adhesive (5), the protective layer (1) is laminated with the printed surface facing inwards, with an intermediate layer (2) made of an opaque film of plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and finally with glue/plastisol The PVC (6) is connected to the intermediate layer (2) with the textile backing layer (3).
