Abstract

Istotą wynalazku jest to, że głowica (1) lasera wyposażona jest w zwierciadło wklęsłe (2), umocowane ruchowo do głowicy. Zwierciadło wklęsłe odbija rozproszone promieniowanie elektromagnetyczne, odbite od obrabianego materiału i kieruje je w postaci skumulowanej z powrotem na ten obrabiany materiał. Powierzchnia wklęsła zwierciadła ma kształt wycinka kuli (6) lub paraboloidy. Taki kształt powierzchni zwierciadła zwiększa sprawność układu laser - przedmiot obrabiany (4). Przewiduje się także elipsoidalny kształt zwierciadła, który umożliwia wytworzenie wiązki wyprzedzającej główną wiązkę lasera i ta wyprzedzająca wiązka pozwala na wytworzenie warstwy absorpcyjnej. Korzystnym rozwiązaniem jest także kształt zwierciadła, utworzony poprzez łączone zarysy paraboloidy i/lub elipsoidy i/lub kuli. Taki kształt zwierciadła pozwala zarówno na zwiększenie sprawności układu jak też wytworzenie wiązki wyprzedzającej. Wielkość wiązki wyprzedzającej można kształtować w zależności od rodzajów materiałów poddawanych obróbce.
