Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wektorowa cząsteczka wirusopodobna, sposób jej wytwarzania, zastosowanie wektorowej cząsteczki wirusopodobnej oraz kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca wektorową cząsteczkę wirusopodobną. Wektor ten jest przeznaczony do wprowadzania do specyficznych tkanek ssaczych czynników terapeutycznych, zwłaszcza niskocząsteczkowych leków, szczególnie niskocząsteczkowych leków antynowotworowych do tkanek rakowych. Bardziej szczegółowo wynalazek dotyczy wektorowej cząsteczki wirusopodobnej, stanowiącej dodekahedron adenowirusowy z przyłączoną kowalencyjnie substancją terapeutyczną.
