Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wektorowa cząsteczka wirusopodobna, sposób jej wytwarzania, zastosowanie oraz kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca wektorową cząsteczkę wirusopodobną. Bardziej szczegółowo rozwiązanie dotyczy białkowej wektorowej cząsteczki wirusopodobnej, stanowiącej dodekahedron adenowirusowy (Dd), dostarczającej do tkanek ssaczych substancje terapeutyczne, pochodzące z klasy białek, peptydów, polisacharydów, kwasów nukleinowych, tłuszczów, lipoprotein lub ich pochodnych. Przedmiotowe rozwiązanie umożliwia uzyskanie szczepionek ludzkich lub zwierzęcych, dostarczenie do tkanek ssaczych przeciwciał, substancji antynowotworowych, kwasów nukleinowych, enzymów oraz substancji immunosupresyjnych, a także białek/peptydów i lipidów specyfikujących tropizm tkankowy. W sposobie według wynalazku domeny WW pochodzą z białka grzybów, zwłaszcza białka szczepów drożdżowych.
