Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest sposób odzyskiwania kobaltu oraz miedzi z koncentratu miedzi zawierającego kobalt w sposobie obróbki pirometalurgicznej. Miedź konwertorowa jest otrzymywana w zawiesinowym piecu do wytapiania (4) i/lub konwertorze i jest transportowana do pieca anodowego, a utworzony żużel jest podawany wraz z środkiem redukującym do pieca do oczyszczania żużla (12). Miedź konwertorowa jest uzyskiwana z pieca do oczyszczania żużla, i także jest kierowana do pieca anodowego (8) w celu wytworzenia miedzi anodowej. Żużel z pieca do oczyszczania żużla jest kierowany do pieca do odzyskiwania kobaltu, do którego kierowany jest również materiał zawierający siarczek i środek redukujący. Kobalt jest odzyskiwany z kamienia z pieca do odzyskiwania kobaltu, a powstający żużel jest żużlem odpadowym.The subject of the present invention is a method for recovering cobalt and copper from a copper concentrate containing cobalt in a pyrometallurgical treatment method. Blister copper is obtained in a suspension smelting furnace (4) and/or a converter and is transported to an anode furnace, and the slag formed is fed together with a reducing agent to a slag cleaning furnace (12). Blister copper is obtained from the slag cleaning furnace, and is also directed to an anode furnace (8) to produce anode copper. The slag from the slag cleaning furnace is directed to a cobalt recovery furnace, to which a material containing sulphide and a reducing agent is also directed. Cobalt is recovered from the cobalt recovery furnace matte, and the slag formed is waste slag.
