Roof and wall air solar collector In Poland and other countries, trapezoidal metal sheets, corrugated metal tiles or insulation panels are often used as roofing elements as wall and roof elements. Using a roof or wall sheet at the same time as a solar collector will allow to obtain a lot of solar energy for heating domestic hot water or other heat receivers mainly in summer. There is a division into tubular, flat, liquid and air collectors. Many air collectors are known, such as with air flow over the absorber, under the absorber, air flowing simultaneously over and under the absorber, and air flowing through the absorber. They are all built as a separate structure. The object of the invention in fig. 1 is to use a metal roof (1) or wall covering as an essential part of the collector. Because in Poland, sheet metal is a fairly popular and cheap method of covering roofs and walls. Using its advantages as an absorber in a solar collector will increase the use of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance and reduce environmental pollution. It can be used in private and industrial construction, sloping and flat roofs and walls.
The collector will work most effectively on warm sunny days from May to October. The slope of the pitched roof or wall should face south or close to south. Flat roofs absorb solar energy a little less effectively, but can also obtain a lot of heat while saving natural fuels. You can use the entire roof as a collector or the most insolated part.
The subject of the invention is an airborne solar collector using a metal covering of a roof or wall. In Fig. 3, solar energy heats the metal sheet (1), preferably covered with an absorber. The insulating foil (2) resistant to temperature, attached to the sheet with an insulating tape (3) creates air ducts (4) through which the heated air is transported to the heat receiver.
Figure 2 shows an arrangement of such an air solar collector. The hot air in the ducts (1) of the roof sheathing is sucked by the fan (3) to the upper collecting duct (2) and then through the conduit (5) to the heat receiver (4) where it returns to the lower collecting duct (6) after heat dissipation. Figure 4 shows an air solar collector using a metal covering of a trapezoidal-shaped insulation panel, where the heated sheet (1) and the temperature-resistant insulation (2) located below it form air channels (3) through which the heated air is transported to the heat receiver, the plate (4) is the inside of the sandwich panel.
Ogrzane powietrze nawet do temperatury 50 stopni Celsjusza lub niższej można wykorzystać do podgrzania ciepłej wody użytkowej, wody w basenach, suszenia płodów rolnych i wielu innych odbiorników ciepła.The heated air, even to a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius or lower, can be used to heat domestic hot water, water in swimming pools, drying agricultural products and many other heat receivers.
Aby osiągnąć lepsze efekty oprócz standardowych powłok chroniących blachę dachową i ścienną fig. 5 przed korozją i czynnikami atmosferycznymi powierzchnia blachy (1) pokryta jest korzystnie powłoką (2) absorbującą promieniowanie słoneczne oraz powłoką zewnętrzną (3) przepuszczającą promienie UV lecz mającą właściwości izolujące absorber od atmosfery. In order to achieve better effects, in addition to the standard coatings protecting the roof and wall sheet, Fig. 5 against corrosion and weather conditions, the surface of the sheet (1) is preferably covered with a coating (2) that absorbs solar radiation and an outer coating (3) transmitting UV rays but having properties insulating the absorber from atmosphere.
