Abstract

W hamulcu tarczowym zawierającym nieruchomą podstawę hamulca, do której są przymocowane wahliwie dźwignie (20, 30) ze szczękami hamulcowymi (70) z klockami hamulcowymi (76), pomiędzy którymi jest usytuowana tarcza (80), do której są dociskane klocki hamulcowe (76) siłą wywołaną sprężyną umieszczoną w cylindrze siłownika hamulcowego (50) z przemieszczalnym prowadnikiem połączonym z tłoczyskiem zakończonym uchem na jego wolnym końcu, dźwignie (20, 30) są ukształtowane jako dźwignia dwustronna zewnętrzna (20) i dźwignia dwustronna wewnętrzną (30) osadzone wahliwie w nieruchomej podstawie (10) hamulca, przy czym szczęki hamulcowe (70) z klockami hamulcowymi (76) są zamocowane na jednym końcu dźwigni dwustronnej zewnętrznej (20) i dźwigni dwustronnej wewnętrznej (30), zaś do drugiego wolnego końca dźwigni dwustronnej wewnętrznej (30) jest przymocowane przegubowo ucho tłoczyska siłownika hamulcowego (50), a siłownik hamulcowy (50) posiada sferyczne elementy, które kształtem odpowiadają kulistej przestrzeni tworzonej w zestawie mocującym (40) przymocowanym do drugiego wolnego końca dźwigni dwustronnej zewnętrznej (20).
