Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowy sposób termolabilnej ochrony funkcji hydroksylowej zwłaszcza w nukleozydach, nukleotydach oligomerach, kwasach nukleinowych w reakcjach syntezy organicznej oraz nowe związki do realizacji tego sposobu, o wzorze 1 oraz o wzorze ogólnym 3. Sposób termolabilnej ochrony funkcji hydroksylowej charakteryzuje się tym, że 1, 2 i 3- rzędowa grupa hydroksylowa przekształca się w grupę o wzorze ogólnym 3, w którym R oznacza resztę ochranianej cząsteczki, w reakcji pomiędzy związkiem o ogólnym wzorze 1 a związkiem, którego grupa hydroksylowa ma być zablokowana, reakcję blokowania prowadzi się za pomocą ogólnie znanych metod odpowiednich do tego celu w obecności katalizatora zasadowego, otrzymując produkt, w którym grupa hydroksylowa jest zablokowana, a następnie związek z zablokowaną grupą hydroksylową można użyć do różnych procesów chemicznych, a po ich zakończeniu odblokowuje się rozpuszczoną w rozpuszczalniku zablokowaną grupę hydroksylową w temperaturze 50-95°C.
