Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy nowego, nie modyfikowanego genetycznie szczepu bakterii Lactobacillus plantarum S, który został zdeponowany w Międzynarodowej Kolekcji Kultur Drobnoustrojów Przemysłowych Instytutu Biotechnologii Przemysłu Rolno-Spożywczego w Warszawie pod numerem KKP 2021 p. Drugim przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie szczepu Lactobacillus plantarum S KKP 2021 p do kiszenia pasz objętościowych, z przeznaczeniem do dekontaminacji pasz skażonych ochratoksyną A, pleśniami, jak również bakteriami patogennymi z rodzaju: Salmonella sp. oraz gatunków: Escherichia coli i Clostridium perfringens. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również preparat do kiszenia pasz objętościowych, który zawiera wysuszoną biomasę bakterii Lactobacillus plantarum S KKP 2021 p o liczbie bakterii 9-10 log j.t.k/g preparatu i nośniki, przy czym w skład nośników wchodzi wyciąg z aloesu, który stanowi 0,2-0,8% suchej masy preparatu. Skażone pleśniami, ochratoksyną A i mikroorganizmami patogennymi pasze, po procesie fermentacji mlekowej z udziałem bakterii nowego szczepu Lactobacillus plantarum S mogą być, jako w pełni bezpieczne, wykorzystane do żywienia zwierząt hodowlanych.
