Markiza składa się z szyny montażowej (1) i korpusu, połączonych ze sobą obrotowo, o osi obrotu równoległej do osi (7) wałka (8), przy czym szyna montażowa mocowana jest do zewnętrznej powierzchni osłony okna, a korpus jest odchylany na czas montażu szyny montażowej.
