Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania barierowych materiałów włókienniczych z udziałem anatazowej odmiany ditlenku tytanu modyfikowanego alkoksysilanami lub kompozytu tlenkowego TiO2-SiO2 charakteryzuje się tym, że zmodyfikowaną anatazową odmianę ditlenku tytanu lub jego kompozyt tlenkowy TiO2-SiO2 wprowadza się w strukturę, poddanego obróbce plazmowej i/lub alkalicznej, wyrobu z włókien poliestrowych, poprzez jego powlekanie pastą na bazie żywicy akrylowej bądź napawanie dyspersją wodną, przy czym w strukturę wyrobu włókienniczego wprowadza się cząstki anatazu lub kompozytu tlenkowego TiO2-SiO2 o rozmiarach nano- i mikrometrycznych w ilości nie mniejszej niż 0,5% wag. i nie większej niż 10% wagowych.A method for producing barrier textile materials containing an anatase variety of titanium dioxide modified with alkoxysilanes or a TiO2-SiO2 oxide composite is characterized in that the modified anatase variety of titanium dioxide or its TiO2-SiO2 oxide composite is introduced into the structure of a polyester fiber product subjected to plasma and/or alkaline treatment by coating it with an acrylic resin-based paste or padding it with an aqueous dispersion, wherein anatase particles or a TiO2-SiO2 oxide composite of nano- and micrometric dimensions are introduced into the structure of the textile product in an amount of not less than 0.5% by weight and not more than 10% by weight.
