Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób sterowania reżimem temperaturowym instalacji solarnej dla podgrzewania wody w celu podwyższenia wydajności instalacji, instalacji poprzez wydłużenie czasu wymiany ciepła w zasobniku wody i zabezpieczeniu procesu izochorycznego podczas wymiany ciepła. Ważnym elementem tej instalacji jest kolektor (1) odbierający energię bezpośrednio z padającego promienia słonecznego i przekształcający ją w energię podgrzanej cieczy roboczej. Drugim ważnym elementem jest wymiennik ciepła (5) z wężownicą służący do przekazywania ciepła wodzie użytkowej. Układ zapewniający skuteczny sposób sterowania reżimem temperaturowym instalacji solarnej złożony jest z kolektora słonecznego (1), wymiennika ciepła z wężownicą (5), pompy obiegowej (2) kierowanej sterownikiem oraz przewodów wody zimnej i ciepłej, czujnika temperatury cieczy roboczej (9) w kolektorze i naczynia zbiorczego (3).The subject of the invention is a method of controlling the temperature regime of a solar installation for water heating in order to increase the efficiency of the installation by extending the time of heat exchange in the water tank and securing the isochoric process during heat exchange. An important element of this installation is the collector (1) receiving energy directly from the incident sunbeam and converting it into the energy of the heated working fluid. The second important element is the heat exchanger (5) with a coil used to transfer heat to the utility water. The system ensuring an effective method of controlling the temperature regime of the solar installation consists of a solar collector (1), a heat exchanger with a coil (5), a circulation pump (2) controlled by the controller and cold and hot water pipes, a working fluid temperature sensor (9) in the collector and collection vessel (3).
