Abstract

Wynalazek ujawnia rozwiązanie techniczne urządzenia do pomiaru stopnia zużycia trakcyjnego przewodu jezdnego, mające zastosowanie zwłaszcza w kolejnictwie do okresowej kontroli tego stopnia zużycia przewodów jezdnych, tworzących razem elektryczną sieć trakcyjną. Urządzenie ma pierścieniowy rdzeń ferromagnetyczny (1) z nawiniętą na nim cewką (3) indukcyjną, przy czym rdzeń ma szczelinę powietrzną (2), zaś w szczelinie powietrznej rdzenia ferromagnetycznego usytuowana jest podpora (9), na której opiera się przewód jezdny (P) wprowadzony do tej szczeliny. Nawinięta na rdzeniu cewka jest połączona z kondensatorem (4), tworząc równoległy obwód rezonansowy (5), który jest połączony również równolegle z generatorem (6) prądu zmiennego i jednocześnie ze wzmacniaczem (7), którego wyjście jest szeregowo połączone z częstościomierzem (8). Wprowadzony do szczeliny powietrznej (2) przewód jezdny (P) powoduje obniżenie indukcyjności cewki (3) i podniesienie częstotliwości drgań obwodu rezonansowego (5), co po przetworzeniu sygnału tych drgań daje obraz stopnia zużycia przewodu jezdnego.The invention discloses a technical solution of a device for measuring the degree of wear of a contact wire, applicable especially in railways for periodic monitoring of the degree of wear of contact wires, which together form an electric traction network. The device has an annular ferromagnetic core (1) with an induction coil (3) wound on it, wherein the core has an air gap (2), and in the air gap of the ferromagnetic core there is a support (9), on which the contact wire (P) inserted into this gap rests. The coil wound on the core is connected to a capacitor (4), creating a parallel resonant circuit (5), which is also connected in parallel with an alternating current generator (6) and simultaneously with an amplifier (7), the output of which is connected in series with a frequency meter (8). The contact wire (P) inserted into the air gap (2) causes a decrease in the inductance of the coil (3) and an increase in the vibration frequency of the resonant circuit (5), which, after processing the signal of these vibrations, gives an image of the degree of wear of the contact wire.
