Abstract

Trójwymiarowy, dziany implant do rekonstrukcji ubytków lub wzmocnienia tkanki łącznej stanowi dzianina osnowowa wykonana splotem kolumienkowym, ażurowym, o różnym kształcie i wzajemnym rozmieszczeniu prześwitów (2), której jedna z powierzchni posiada rozwinięcie w postaci pętli (1) o długości nie większej niż 30 mm, odstających od tej powierzchni. Dzianina implantu jest wykonana z przędzy biozgodnej, resorbowalnej i/lub nieresorbowanej, korzystnie z monofilamentowej przędzy polipropylenowej.
