Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wytłaczarka ślimakowa, przeznaczona do przetwórstwa tworzyw polimerowych, zawłaszcza tworzyw poliestrowych o znacznej podatności na degradację w procesie ich przetwarzania. Wytłaczarka charakteryzuje się tym, że strefa (3) wstępnego uplastyczniania ślimaka (1), o długości co najmniej 6-krotnej średnicy cylindra, jest podzielona na swojej długości i składa się z przynajmniej dwóch odcinków (I1, I2), z których pierwszy (I1) jest korzystnie o stopniu sprężania o wartości liczbowej powyżej 1,3 i jest korzystnie o malejącym skoku linii śrubowej zwoju (t1), zaś drugi odcinek (I2) jest korzystnie o stałym stopniu sprężania o wartości liczbowej, wynoszącej 1,3, i jest korzystnie o stałym skoku linii śrubowej zwoju (t2).
