Abstract
Siewnik do siewu nasion różnych kultur, zwłaszcza do siewu nasion uprawnych zawierający zespoły wysiewające, wałek wysiewający z zespołem napędowym, przewody nasienne, redlice, zbiornik nasion oraz sterownik charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwsze wejście sterownika połączone jest z czujnikiem prędkości jazdy (5) siewnika, drugie wejście sterownika połączone jest z czujnikiem poziomu nasion (6) w zbiorniku nasion, trzecie wejście sterownika połączone jest z czujnikiem pochylenia (7) siewnika, natomiast wyjście czujnika prędkości obrotowej (4) wałka wysiewającego (11) połączone jest z czwartym wejściem sterownika, jednocześnie wyjście sterownika połączone jest z układem wykonawczym, w którym połączone są element wykonawczy (13), zespół napędowy wałka wysiewającego (14) oraz wałek wysiewający (11). Rozwiązanie według wynalazku dzięki sygnałom otrzymywanym z czujników: prędkości obrotowej wałka wysiewającego, prędkości jazdy siewnika, i poziomu nasion w zbiorniku, jak również na podstawie: charakterystyk pracy zespołów wysiewających pracujących przy zmieniającym się nachyleniu terenu, charakterystyk pracy zespołów wysiewających pracujących przy różnych poziomach nasion w zbiorniku, charakterystyk pracy zespołów wysiewających pracujących przy podlegającej zmianom prędkości obrotowej wałka wysiewającego umożliwia wprowadzenie algorytmu sterowania procedurą korekcyjną, która pozwala na utrzymanie ustalonej ilości wysiewu nasion w czasie rzeczywistym.A seeder for sowing seeds of various cultures, especially for sowing cultivated seeds, containing sowing units, a sowing shaft with a drive unit, seed conduits, coulters, a seed tank and a controller, characterized by the fact that the first controller input is connected to the seeder's travel speed sensor (5), the second input of the controller is connected to the seed level sensor (6) in the seed tank, the third input of the controller is connected to the inclination sensor (7) of the seeder, and the output of the rotational speed sensor (4) of the sowing shaft (11) is connected to the fourth input of the controller, at the same time the controller output is connected to the executive system in which the executive element (13), the sowing shaft drive unit (14) and the sowing shaft (11) are connected. The solution according to the invention is based on signals received from sensors: rotational speed of the sowing shaft, travel speed of the seeder, and seed level in the tank, as well as on the basis of: operating characteristics of sowing units operating at changing terrain slope, operating characteristics of sowing units operating at different levels of seeds in tank, the operating characteristics of the sowing units operating at the changing rotational speed of the sowing shaft allows the introduction of an algorithm to control the correction procedure, which allows maintaining the set amount of seed sowing in real time.
