Abstract

Sposób wykonywania oprysku agrotechnicznego substancjami chemicznymi, zwłaszcza agrochemikaliami, znajdujący zastosowanie przy ochronie roślin w uprawach rolniczych charakteryzuje się tym, że pneumatyczną atomizację prowadzi się przy użyciu dyszy (3) zbieżno- rozbieżnej do której podaje się gaz, korzystnie powietrze pod ciśnieniem w przedziale od 1 do 4 bar, gdzie w części zbieżnej dyszy (3) nabiera on prędkości i osiąga w najwęższym miejscu prędkość krytyczną równa prędkości dźwięku, po czym w części rozbieżnej dyszy (3) gaz osiąga w najszerszym miejscu prędkość do kilka razy większa od prędkości dźwięku, tak że rozpędzony do prędkości naddźwiękowej gaz rozdrabnia wypływająca z rurki kapilarnej ciecz technologiczną na krople o wielkości od kilku do kilkunastu mikrometrów, której cząstki ładują się w polu elektrycznym prądem stałym o napięciu od kilkuset woltów do 3 kilowoltów, przy czym do pierścieniowej elektrody (7) podaje się napięcie Ue nie większe jak 70 procent napięcia Up przy którym zaczynają się pojawiać wyładowania elektryczne w przestrzeni pomiędzy pierścieniową elektrodą (7) a rurką kapilarną (4) z cieczą technologiczną.
